NESTJAPAN Co., Ltd. was founded in 2024 in Tokyo. As the founder, I came to Japan from Vietnam myself, and when I first tried to find an apartment here, I was turned down again and again — simply because I couldn't speak Japanese, or because I had no guarantor.
That frustration, and the relief I felt when someone finally helped me, is exactly why NESTJAPAN exists. We support clients in Japanese, English, and Vietnamese, and help arrange guarantor companies, so that nationality is never the reason someone can't find a home.
We're still a small company, and that means every client works directly with us — from the first search to long after you've moved in. We see things through to the end, together.
